To start the IS prototype, management needs several queries: 1. Company’s phone book, 2. Calculate Employees’ bi-weekly salaries (yearly salaries are known, assume 24 pay periods), 3. List of employees having yearly salary between [From] and [To] (interactive query), 4. List of employees by home cities (interactive query), 5. List all employee IDs having a selected skill_ID. 6. List of all employees by departments.

Steps to be performed:

  1. Based on the initial requirements, create Entities and Attributes and prepare tables
  2. Normalize tables, show that they are in third normal form and present relationships (not necessary to put UML drawing, just explanations)
