Write a one to two (1-2) page essay in which you: Identify the most important step in the student's guide to research that you would need in order to analyze bullying. Define the identified critical step of research in your words. Explain how bullying relates toone (1)of the following topics: the agents of socialization (i.e., family, teachers and school, peers), formal organizations (i.e., conformity to groups), different types of deviance (i.e., everyday deviance, sexual deviance, or criminal deviance). The NLRB has made findings regarding the use of employee posts on social media sites to discipline or terminate those employees. Typically, these cases occur when an employee posts negative information about his or her current employer or boss. Sometimes, these are public, and other times, the employer uses spies or fake friending to see the Facebook page of the employee. Find at least one case or article online regarding this topic, and briefly explain the facts of the case, and the determination of the NLRB as to whether the employee was properly or improperly disciplined or terminated as a result of his or her use of social media to complain about, criticize, or publicly bash his or her company or boss. Recent history of Mexico has shown a slow descent into violence and chaos. The Mexican government is at war with an illicit drug economy and corruption within its borders. Violence has increased substantially against the Mexican populace and Mexican government officials. Answer the following: 1) Does Mexico’s political party system reduce or contribute to the high levels of corruption within the government? 2) Describe Mexico’s political and social culture. How does this affect the current level of insecurity in Mexico? 3) How does the illicit drug economy affect the government system of Mexico?
