Evaluate-Strategy-Importance-and-Its-Role-in-the-Healthcare-Setting-health-and-medicine-homework-help

Assume your employer, a small hospital which opened its doors in 1970, does not have a strategic plan. As a senior hospital administrator, it is your job to persuade the CEO that a strategic plan is essential for the organization to achieve success.

Develop a paper that defines the term strategic planning and includes but is not necessarily limited to the benefits of strategic planning. Then, explain how strategic planning’s application has changed from the past (and why it is now necessary). Evaluate the role of strategic planning and related outcomes in healthcare to support your argument to management.

Support your paper with examples or experiences of your own to strengthen your argument for a strategic plan.

Support your paper with a minimum of seven scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 8 pages, not including title and reference pages

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards. Be sure to adhere to Northcentral University’s Academic Integrity Policy.

Computer-Ethics

As the use of computers and the internet becomes more prevalent, ethical issues related to computer usage will continue to make a larger impact on people’s lives and the way that society functions. Computer ethics involves the moral principles and behavioral guidelines associated with the way in which individuals, organizations and society as a whole use computers and information technology. Some examples of ethical issues related to computer use include personal information privacy, computer security, identity theft, intellectual property, equal access to information etc.

Week-8-Discussion-1-e-Activity-that-the-importance-of-production-planning-and-scheduling-within-an-organization-business-and-finance-homework-help

I learn from the e-Activity that the importance of production planning and scheduling within an organization is, to enable organizations to respond to changes in materials, resources and priorities faster and smarter. Due to inefficient in planning and scheduling, I had to miss my appointment with my a doctor one day, because of poor planning and scheduling, when I went to visit my doctor, I found another patient already there in his office and this patient took so long in the office (overstayed) in the office until I had to leave, otherwise if I had to wait, I would have been late to the other appointment where I was supposed to go that day. From my experience with my doctor, I suggest that the planners in that doctors office should use APS-tools to maker faster and smarter decisions to predict changes in time process- APS is a technology driven tool to help in planning and scheduling to be more efficient and effective.

Personal-thoughts-about-American-writing-Assumptions

1. edit the two paragraphs that I ready finished.

2. Create a another paragraph related to American Academic Writing culture is very different from writing in Chinese culture. ( the grammar in different systems, switching mind in two languages, 26 letters in English language and hundreds of thousands unique characters in Chinese, etc) for about 120 words.

3. Write a brief summary for this article for around 60-100 words.

Academic writing has a entirely different system than informal or colloquial writing. During Eli 210 class period, we developed 12 basic assumptions for academic writer, and yet we have this free writing exercise to explore our thoughts about academic writing in diverse aspects.

First of all, I believed American Academic writing is quite similar than Chinese Scholar writing not only in technicality but also in their’s stringent demand. Theoretically, anyone could receive a great result if she or he follows the assumptions step by step. However,I hold a different voice towards the second Basic Assumption of Academic Writing. For instances when writer cite a extraordinary opinion that no one else has ever brought up before is quite normal on the daily bases, and yet the reader may have to guess the meaning of the writer. In my perspective, this particular type of writer should receive a better grade than the ones who did not points out their unique views.
