Show how the principles of classical conditioning (unconditioned stimulus, unconditioned response, conditioned stimulus, and conditioned response) apply to the development of your fear or phobia. 2.Operant Conditioning – Describe one of your childhood learning experiences that involved operant conditioning, such as having to do something to get a reward or avoid punishment. Discuss how the principles of operant conditioning (behavior consequences, reinforcement, or punishment) applied to your learning experience. 3.Behavior Modification – Describe a small behavior that you would like to change in someone you live with: a roommate, sibling, parent, child, or partner. Examples include leaving their things in the living room or not emptying the trash. Show how the principles of operant conditioning (behavior consequences, reinforcement, or punishment) could be used to keep this behavior in place. Describe how you could use behavior modification to change this behavior.

ANSWER PART 1, PART2, PART 3 IN 3 DIFFERENT WORD DOCUMENT.
PART 1. WRITE A RESPONSE IN 400 WORDS. NO QUOTES OR REFERENCES.
Below are two ethical dilemmas that relate to on-the-job communication (one in an e-mail message and the other about a presentation). In your discussion post, tell us the action you would take for each dilemma and explain why.
E-mail Message*. You accidentally received a message outlining your hospital’s downsizing plan. You see that your friend’s position will be eliminated. She and her husband are about to purchase a new home. Should you tell her that her job is in danger?
Presentation*. You are preparing for a presentation with a short deadline. You find perfect wording and great graphics on the Internet. Should you lift the graphics and wording but change a few words? You figure that if it is on the Internet, it must be in the public domain.
PART 2 WRITE A RESPONSE COMMENT TO THIS IN 200 WORDS. NO QUOTES OR REFERENCES
In the email message dilemma about my friend’s job position, I would not say anything to my friend about her job being in danger. This is because the email message was not meant for me to begin with, therefore it is not my place to say anything about it. Also, it is unethical for me to report on the email because the information in the email was not meant for me to know. My job may also be on the line if I say anything about what I read in the email.
In the presentation dilemma, I would not use the information that I found on the Internet because it is not my own work. Changing around a few words would not make it my work, it is still considered plagiarism and copyright infringement. Also, just because something is on the Internet for everyone to see does not mean that it is free to be used as your own work. Using someone else’s ideas and presenting it as your own is a serious blow to your credibility, and it is also wrong because the original author would not get credit for their ideas. Also, your job would be on the line if anyone found out that the work that you presented was not yours. I would just work with he short deadline and get my work done the right way.
PART 3. WRITE A RESPONSE COMMENT IN NO LESS THAN 300 WORDS. NO QUOTES OR REFERENCES
Regarding the e-mail message issue, I firmly believe that in any workplace we may find ourselves, we must handle a email etiquette (Gurak & Lannon, 20016, p. 353), confidentiality agreement in a prudent way. We as employees must respond righteously to the laws that are established for us in our work organization. If we, by accident get to know this type of news that may harm one of our colleagues, the best thing we can do is to steer clear from the issue, due to the fact, we may be placing our own selfs in danger of losing a job.
Additionally, concerning the presentation issue, it’s my opinion the Internet, being a great space of free access to all sorts of content about the world around us; is an easy target that may infringe on people’s intellectual property. When it comes to plagiarism, I agree each of us can develop a unique and intelligent way to share our brilliant ideas for any situation. Resorting to this type of action, only makes it clear to others the type of people we are.
I do believe in the freedom of expression as a right to be respected and shouldn’t be penalized. It may be normal to take as a reference some idea to help us dissipate what we are trying to express, but only in that way. To do so today is not yet realizing the capacity and infinity that our mind has, and is simply falling into mediocrity and not believing we are insightful enough to be able to resolve our own conflicts.
Discussion question: A decade or two ago, a single server might have had up to 500 GB of hard drive space contained internally, possibly made up of 3-4 hard drives operating as a single volume. The cost to do this was still very high, so companies would often opt out of purchasing any redundant drives or systems, and instead rely on tape backups for disaster recovery. Tapes took a really long time to do full backups and sometimes failed when used to recover lost files. Over the years, hard drives have grown in capacity, stability and affordability, and demand for larger volumes of storage space has also increased. One technology that has been used for storage is RAID. How is this technology implemented in company data centers today? Do companies buy servers with large volumes of internal storage space? Or do they tap in to more centralized storage? Why?

Quality writing skills include knowing about and how to properly craft an introduction and a conclusion for a research paper. The conclusion has much to do with the material that is presented in the introduction and seeks to offer a kind of summary.
What other elements can be found in a conclusion that can make the conclusion far more provocative than simply providing a summary and why is knowledge of this information key to success in writing a solid conclusion to an argumentative paper?
