Like a contract, your agency learning agreement also provided your field instructor a set of criteria that would measure your social work practice skills. For this course, you will undergo a formal evaluation of your social work practice skills.

As you engage in future field education experiences, you will be able to refine and hone the development of those skills.

For this Assignment, review your agency learning agreement and the results of your midterm evaluation. Consider how your field education experience fulfilled the goals and objectives in your agency learning agreement. Reflect on what you would like to gain in future field education experiences.

Note: You should receive your midterm evaluation from your field instructor.

The Assignment (1–2 pages):

• Describe whether you met or did not meet the goals/objectives in your agency learning agreement and include the results from your evaluation
• Describe potential areas where you might need improvement in relation to social work practice skills
• Explain how your next field education experience might address those areas
• Be sure to submit the results of your evaluation to this assignment

1- Mini-Research: How Today’s Workplace is Different from that of 40 years ago. Read two articles( if you pick articles, they should be websites not PDFs or books) or watch two YouTube videos to see how today’s workplace is different from the workplace of 40 years ago. Then, type “ONE” full page or longer to document your results.

The next parts won’t take two hours, I’m just explaining in detail:

2- Ten Things That Didn’t Happen That I am Grateful For. Sometimes, to appreciate what did happen, we have to look back at what could have happened but didn’t which should make us even more grateful for what did happen. For this one, create a numbered list – 1-10 – and beside each number, type a few words to tell something that didn’t happen that you are grateful for – such as – no one got seriously hurt or killed in any of my fender benders, etc… ( make up things, but do not overrate situations)

3- Positive Quotes Email. Find someone who needs cheering up and send them three (or more if you choose) positive quotes to lift their spirits. Then, write “ONE” full page – or longer – to tell who you chose, why you chose that person, what quotes you sent, how they reacted, and how you felt afterwards: ( I sent quotes to someone named Ali, who is a senior in collage and working for living ) ” make up the rest”

The three quotes are: (Your positive action combined with positive thinking results in success, Shiv Khera)/ (Your smile will give you a positive countenance that will make people feel comfortable around you, Les Brown)/ (Believe that life is worth living and your belief will help create the fact, William James).

4- Post-It Notes: Select someone special to brighten their day. Then, create handwritten post-it notes with positive messages such as “Have a great day,” “I am so glad you are on my team,” or whatever you wish to say as long as it is positive, sincere, and from the heart. Then, put the post-it notes in several places that you know they will find them. Afterwards, write “ONE” full page or longer about who you created them for, why you choose that person, their reaction to it, and how you felt afterwards. ( I chose my brother Mohammed, he is in collage) “make up the rest”

Instructions

This assignment requires that you select an article on an industrial disaster
that has occurred in the past decade. Research an article , related to the disaster and
how the community recovered.

Industrial emergency suggestions include, but are not limited to the
following:

• Savannah Imperial Sugar Refinery explosion (2008),
• fertilizer plant explosion in West, Texas (2013), and
• Texas City Refinery explosion (2005).

Within your article review, you will address the following points:

• disaster summary,
• NGOs that provided assistance,
• response critiques, and
• community recovery from the emergency.

Your article review should be well-organized and at least two pages in
length. You are required to use the CSU Online Library as part of the

Assingment Title: Biggest Challenges Facing Organizations in the Next 20 Years

Create a PowerPoint presentation that outlines what you believe will be the biggest challenges facing organizations in the next twenty (20) years.

Note: Use the notes section of PowerPoint to write a narrative of what they would say if actually presenting / narrating.

Write an eight (8) slide presentation in which you:

1. Provide a title slide (as indicated in the format requirements below) followed by a slide with an introduction to your presentation.
2. Presentation should include your choice of the five (5) challenges you believe organizations will face in the next twenty (20) years. Only include one (1) challenge and your explanation for choosing that challenge per slide for a total of five (5) slides.
3. Provide one (1) summary slide which addresses key points of your paper.
4. Narrate each slide, using the notes section, indicating what you would say if you were actually presenting in front of an audience.

Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:

• Format the PowerPoint presentation with headings on each slide and three to four (3-4) relevant graphics (photographs, graphs, clip art, etc.), ensuring that the presentation is visually appealing and readable from 18 feet away.
