I need help with my assignment.

Preparation

This is a two part-two paragraph assignment, please review the Task carefully below:

In the aftermath of a former employee’s characterization of Sun City Boards work environment as hostile, CEO Tom Wilson has been questioning his capabilities as a leader. He has asked you to review profiles of successful leaders and identify common traits and any other key factors that he might cultivate to grow as a leader. He is particularly interested in modeling leaders who were founders; that is, entrepreneurial leaders who built their business from a simple but captivating idea.

Your Task

  1. Review the leadership traits and styles and examples covered in your Study Plan with Tom’s request in mind.
  2. Conduct research on either (Warren Buffett, or Ginni Rometty, or Larry Page) and pinpoint any of those traits or styles conducted within their business.
  3. Write one paragraph summarizing the traits and styles of your leader (researched in question #1 & 2).
  4. You will write an additional paragraph, suggesting the trait and style that you found are most important for successful leadership that will contribute the most to Tom’s growth as an entrepreneurial CEO.

As always, give credit where credit is due and cite (link to) your sources.

Attached is the material covered in the Study Plan.

FIN500 Course module 5-4

Discussion, 2-3 paragraphs, 15 lines, no outline

Why is it important to understand the concepts of inflation, present value, and future value as Saudi Arabia moves towards Saudi Vision 2030? What are some of the important terms and concepts that managers must understand in making decisions in today’s global environment? How will these factors affect Saudi Vision 2030, if at all?

Search the SEU library or the Internet for an academic or industry-related article. Select an article that relates to any of these concepts (inflation, present value, or future value) in the context of doing business in Saudi Arabia.

For your discussion post, your first step is to summarize the article in two paragraphs, describing what you think are the most important points made by the authors (remember to use citations where appropriate). For the second step, include the reference listing with a hyperlink to the article. Do not copy the article into your post and limit your summary to two paragraphs. Let your instructor know if you have any questions and enjoy your search.

Let Go and Let God

Getting Started

Stress gets to all of us at times. It’s everywhere. We stress about our finances, we stress over our jobs or potential jobs, we stress over unaccomplished tasks on our to-do lists, we even stress over the little things like our Internet connection, and of course, we stress over getting our assignments completed. Things tend to come at us from all directions, each one requiring all our focus and ability. There are all sorts of things that weigh our thoughts, burden us, and build to overwhelming us.

We have all been there, when just thinking about all the things that need to get done just seems impossible!

The thing about stress is that when it has its grip on us, we never react or perform as well as we would in a sharpened, worried-free, alert state. Stress affects our emotions, physical health, pride, performance, and even our self-image. Stress attacks our body, mind, and even our soul! Of all the detrimental things that stress does in our lives, the worst is how it affects our relationship to God.

God created time and equipped us each with special gifts to be used for His glory and for the benefit of those around us. He provides us everything we need to do the work He has called us to do. He expects us to work hard, rest from our labors, and serve others sacrificially, not simply when it is convenient. He gave us Jesus, God in human flesh, as a model of servanthood and the Holy Spirit to supply us with the power, wisdom, love, and grace we need each day to fulfill God’s plan and purpose for our lives.

Look at the passage Matthew 6:26-34. This message talks about God caring for even the smallest animals. If He looks after them, we know He will take care of us. God loves each of us, His children, even more than the animals. He will always take care of you. Take a moment and look back on your life. Isn’t this true? He has brought you to the place you are today. You have means to be in school, support people in your life, a place to live, food to eat, and clothes to wear.

God asks us to take a childlike attitude when it comes to trusting Him with our burdens and daily life. Remember what it was like as a child; for most of us, our parents could fix anything in our eyes. If we scraped a knee or had a boo-boo, our parent would kiss it, put a bandage on it, and it would be “all better.” God asks us to take that same attitude with Him. Let Him deal with everything. He is more than capable and more than prepared to deal with anything that can stress us. And although sometimes it seems that He is taking His time or not dealing with it, when we look back, we can always see His guiding hands working through the problem, and always differently than we would expect Him to.

Seeing the way God takes care of the big things in our lives allows us to trust Him to take care of the little things, too. This week, let’s hand over each burden and stress—no matter what it is—as it comes and let God be God in our lives!

As you make your own to-do list today or this week, ask God for wisdom to know not only what you need to do, but also how to balance everything you need to accomplish. Ask Him for the grace and patience to work diligently, not so that you can check everything off your list, but rather to show the world what a great God you serve. Let your achievements be for His glory, not your own.

Upon successful completion of this discussion, you will be able to:

  • Apply ethical, Christ-like attitudes, values, and worldview appropriate to mezzo social work practice. (PO 1)

Background Information

Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.Psalm 68:19

Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. … So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ … But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow.”Matthew 6:26-34

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.Jeremiah 29:11

Instructions

  1. Review the rubric to make sure you understand the criteria for earning your grade.
  2. Review the Introduction and Background sections for this activity.
  3. Navigate to the threaded discussion and respond to the following discussion questions:
    1. As you think back over your life course, provide an example of how God guided you and cared for you. Knowing that He has provided with the larger burdens in your life, why is it so difficult to allow Him to be in control of the smaller day-to-day stressors in our lives?
    2. Many of us will be working in secular settings, therefore, not allowing us to openly discuss God being in control. How can we implement these concepts into our work with groups and families?

Describe how you would apply the conclusion to this article and evidence to improve nursing practice. discuss ways you would disseminate research-based evidence; how would you share with your peers?

  • Select and describe one of the conclusions from the required article from the Week 6 assignment that you found interesting and applicable to practice. Describe how you would apply the evidence to improve nursing practice. Explain your answer.
  • Discuss ways you would disseminate research-based evidence; how would you share with your peers? Include your thoughts on why it is important for you to be involved in communicating and applying nursing research evidence.

Professors suggestiosn:

When you are responding to the first question, remember that we are talking about the conclusions, not the findings, from the Week 6 assignment article. How can you apply one of these conclusions to improve nursing practice?

The second question asks you to explain the ways in which you would share research-based evidence with your colleagues at work.

To clarify – these are two different questions that speak to two different topics. The first is from the Week 6 assignment and asks you how you would apply one of the conclusions to your practice.

The second is a general question about research and asks how would share research-based evidence with your colleagues at work.

The article is attached.

The Industrialization After the Civil War Thesis and Outline, history homework help

MUST BE ORIGINAL AND PASS TURNITIN

Attached is my mini essay that needs to be converted into the example outline.

After the Civil War, the United States became a much more industrialized society. Between 1865 and 1920, industrialization improved American life in many ways. However, industrialization also created problems for American society. Consider events that took place after the Civil War and discuss ways that industrialization affected the U.S. between 1865 and 1920.

Part 1:

  1. Write a thesis statement that is one to two (1-2) sentences long in which you:
    1. State your thesis on how industrialization after the Civil War influenced U.S. society, economy, and politics. Justify your response.

For the first part of this assignment you will create a thesis statement. A thesis statement is usually a single sentence somewhere in your first paragraph that presents your main idea to the reader. The body of the essay organizes the material you gather and present in support of your main idea. Keep in mind that a thesis is an interpretation of a question or subject, not the subject itself. (Note: Please consult the Purdue OWL Website with tips on how to construct a proper thesis; the website can be found at:https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/545/01/

Part 2:

For the next part of this assignment you will create an outline of the main points you want to address in this paper. This outline will serve as the basis for your Assignment 1.2 Final Draft. (Note: Please use the Purdue Owl Website to assist you with this assignment; this website can be accessed at: https://owl.english.purdue.edu/engagement/2/2/55/

  1. Write a one to two (1-2) page outline in which you:
    1. List three (3) major aspects of industrialization between 1865 and 1920.  In your response, consider society, the economy, and politics.
    2. List five (5) specific groups that were affected by industrialization. Provide two (2) examples for each group describing how the group was affected. (Consider issues such as race, ethnicity, gender, child labor, etc.)
    3. List five (5) ways that industrialization affected the life of the average working American during this period.
    4. Use at least three (3) academic references besides or in addition to the textbook. Note: Wikipedia and other Websites do not qualify as academic resources.

Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:

  • Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA or school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
  • Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length.

The specific course learning outcomes associated with this assignment are:

  • Identify and discuss the different ways that the Civil War, Reconstruction, and Industrialization after the Civil War have shaped America’s history.
  • Summarize and discuss the ways that formal policies of government have influenced the direction of historical and social development in the United States.
  • Recognize the major turning points in American history since the Civil War.
  • Use technology and information resources to research issues in contemporary U.S. history.
  • Write clearly and concisely about contemporary U.S. history using proper writing mechanics.
