Project Scope Management Factors,Techniques and Tools

This is a slightly different type of forum. You will create an
audio file then upload it for your initial post. You will respond to
your classmates in the usual written manner.

Since this is a way to practice verbal reporting to a client or
company officer, please offer constructive advice to your classmates on
their verbal reporting (i.e. – spoke too: soft, loud, fast, slow, etc.)
along with your comments on their audio post topic.

Project
planning and management has become increasingly popular in today’s
business world. Research a current event from within the last five years
that relates to this week’s topic. Attach an audio explanation of the
current event and specifically how it relates to the project planning,
time, and cost management ideas and theories that you’ve learned this
week.

I can do the recording part.

This article might include current trends in advertising, advertising effectiveness, issues within marketing, and ethical implications of advertising. Note that these are simply ideas; please expand upon the ideas while remaining within the parameters of advertisements’ contribution to effective marketing campaigns. Address each of the following in a two-page, double-spaced response:

  • Briefly summarize the article.
  • Explain how advertising enhances the overall concept of integrated marketing communication (IMC) within a company.
  • After reading the article, describe one major concept that you will take away from this learning exercise.

For step-by-step instructions for formatting papers using APA style, please refer to the CSU Citation Guide, which is located here. Consider viewing page 17, which contains instructions for formatting formal documents.

Revised paper, need based on the comment and make some changes.

Complete a radical revision of your Essay 2.1 of 1200-3000 words (not including Works Cited), double spaced, following all Written Work Guidelines.

Step 1: Choose among your own ideas, and commentary from classmates and instructor to complete the revision plan. Use the new revision information to create your essay revision. Essay 2.2 must reshape, extend, complicate, or substantially clarify your ideas, structure, and/or organization – or relate your ideas to new things. You won’t just correct, touch up, or lightly copyedit.

Step 2: Include the following elements in your revision:

  • A balanced, clear argument with either Aristotelian or Rogerian organization
  • Your topic cannot change for the final draft.
  • Your introduction provides clear context and engages the reader
  • Include your enthymeme/thesis either at the end of your introduction (Aristotelian) or after acknowledging the other side’s points (Rogerian)
  • Use original topic sentences to begin each body paragraph (no questions or quotations/paraphrases)
  • In your body paragraphs, engage in conversation with your readers and sources, and treat them like people you are writing to, not just places to get facts or figures.

  • Include summary, paraphrase, and a limited number of quotations (or no quotations) from two or more sources in the Ecology of Place bibliography and up to three scholarly sources

  • Include at least one counterargument and a well- supported refutation.

Take the time to fully develop an answer to your guiding question and consider the perspectives you have encountered before reaching your concluding ideas on the topic and explaining how your approach to this topic can bridge the differences between the two sides
  • Include a Works Cited list after your conclusion providing complete citations for all sources you used in the essay.

From the Government case study

1200 words, APA format, cite 3 scholarly sources ( 1) should be from attached text book.

1.In a narrative format, discuss the key facts and critical issues presented in the case.

2.Explain the dilemma for organizations that have particularly serious regulatory issues. How should Jay resolve the differences in requirements from the Federal agency, OSHA, versus the state?

3. Employing Porter’s Five Forces model, analyze the industry niche of care for the intellectually disabled. What specific conclusions can be drawn from your analysis?

4.Jay believes the required vaccinations would cost almost $30,000 a year, primarily due to his staff turnover rate, which is approximately 40%. Are there any suggestions you might have for Jay as to how he could reduce that turnover rate? Does the general environment model’s socio-cultural segment offer any clues?

Writea letter to your client tactfully explaining why you do not consider the problem to be “a small technicality.”

During your first audit of a new client, Capital Food Supplies, a small restaurant food supply company, you become aware of a major weakness in internal control: One employee keeps the accounts receivable and payable records, pays bills, and does the bank reconciliation each month. When you casually mention the problem to Scott Devin, the owner and general manager, he dismisses the issue. He says he trusts all his employees, has never had any problems, and can’tafford to hire another employee just to deal with such a small internal control technicality. Write a letter to your client tactfully explaining why you do not consider the problem to be “a small technicality.” Explain the possible ramifications of not dealing with the issue, both in terms ofthe audit and in terms of asset protection. Use the proper format, effective organization, and appropriate style. Invent any information you feel is necessary to make your letter complete.

Editing research paper

Please make the revisions we discussed to current research paper

ok, the intro and conclusion is good.

we have to fix the body, like more elaborate sentences with necessary examples.

also there has to be a thesis statement to add at the end of intro paragraph so the problem statement you added develop that into a thesis statement and the objectives doesn’t have to be there

the thesis statement should lead to an argument and the paper will lead to one side of that argument

so there will be an argument and counter argument which makes up the body of the paper

maybe we can elaborate on whose to blame for homelessness in the US and use the points that you listed for the reasons of homelessness and expand on that, etc

Original instructions: Write an eight-page, double-spaced essay that persuades the reader to one side of a controversial topic. Build an argument that includes a claim with reasons, statistics to give credibility, imagery that evokes emotion, and a linked introduction and conclusion. Use at least five sources that are properly quoted and cited.

Please use Turbian style format
