When spiritual care is being performed different from my views, it is hard not to judge. There are many items in which will be different to my views. That is why we are human and all different. If we were all the same we would be boring. The hardest thing is judging the decision of the patient or family. For example, Jehovah witnesses do not receive a blood transfusion. If the patient really needs blood, it is their spiritual belief God will provide the path for them. I, as a nurse, need to treat the patient and one way of treating is through administering blood. But if the blood is refused, then I have to continue for the care for the patient with respect to their beliefs. I may be judgemental, which is probably my biggest weakness, I will have the best respect, I can, for the patient and the decision in which was made.
Who would have the final say in decision-making? The consumer/customer/patient will always have the final say in which is going to happen. For example, if I were the patient, the “buck” stops with me. The decision will be respected on what I make. Now, I have to remember, I need to respect the decision in which my parents make when it comes time even though we may not want to give up.
For ISOL533, the Breach Report Paper is a research exercise that seeks to raise awareness on the importance of securing and protecting vital information that is used in industry, in retail settings, in finance, and in personal transactions every day. The details below describe the requirements of the project.
What is being researched?
The Breach Report Research Project is a study of Information Security data breaches that have been published in the media. You are to find ONE NEWSARTICLE on the Internet that was a strong example of an Information Security incident or crime.
The articles must be within the past 6 years (a large system failure, a data breach, a hacking event). Please see “My Favorites” below for some examples, and feel free to use the examples for your own paper.
The event must be something that was publicly reported on in news media articles. Do NOT pick academic articles gathered from scholarly journals. Do NOT pick passages from textbooks and other hardcopy media. Do NOT take information from Wikipedia. Your grade will be lowered if I cannot access the original articles over the Internet.
Pick an event that is well-documented. Do NOT pick obscure articles such as a data breach in Buford, Wyoming, the smallest town in America (population: 1). Please stick to major events. Again, use My Favorites below as starting points if you are having trouble choosing a cyber breach or hacking event.
Scope & Format of the Project
The scope and format your paper should be:
600-900 words.Microsoft Word. Double-spaced, Arial or Calibri font, APA format. Do NOT write a giant paper that will take me forever to grade please. Do NOT send me a virus-infected file.
Introduce the article. What happened and who was involved?
Make sure you thoroughly summarize what happened – what was stolen or compromised. What were the damages or losses? If the event was a solved crime, who were the criminal(s)?
MOST IMPORTANTLY: How could the event have been avoided? If the issue was corrected, describe what was changed. If not, give your advice based on what you’ve learned in class on how you would avoid the same situation next time. What have the experts suggested?
Your paper needs a minimum of two references in the bibliography
You can submit your paper in the classroom in the Breach Report assignment (in the CONTENT folder) or you can email it to me.
In 1994, Bill Clinton signed a law that prohibits inmates in state
and federal prisons from receiving Pell Grants. President Obama

behalf of inmates for Pell
Grants and attend college courses while incarcerated. The money goes
directly to the college for the cost of tuition and fees.
What are the pros associated with allowing inmates to be eligible to receive Pell Grants again?
What are the cons associated with allowing inmates to be eligible to receive Pell Grants again?
Do you think the Trump administration should offer continued
support for this experimental program.
Explain using research and
data.
Response should be at least 300 words plus references APA format.

You will need to write two pages (double-spaced) on what you see as the major argument(s) that the author proposes in relation to a topic, a set of issues, texts, and/or a figure in Chinese literary culture. Present your summary as objectively as
possible. You may not be able to cover every point that the author makes, but focus on the ones that you think are particularly noteworthy or interesting. To the extent possible in two pages, structure your discussion as an introduction, body, and conclusion rather than as a list of bullet points. Save your requests for clarification, questions about background and implications.

Note: Module 4 SLP should be completed before the Module 4 Case.
Prepare a rough draft for the essay assigned for the Module 4 Case. Prepare a References Page for the essay assigned for the Module 4 Case.
Module 4 Case is a Persuasive essay in which the writer encourages the reader to give in some way to a worthy cause. The writer must first select a licensed not-for-profit organization with a web presence before identifying a specific audience and appeal(s). Please note that giving comes in all shapes and sizes and not just financial contributions.
A significant part of persuasive writing is appeal. Various appeals in your essay may be used to encourage your target audience to act. It may be helpful to imagine you’re writing a persuasive speech in which you must capture your audience’s attention, reel them in with specific details (and appeals), and then seal the deal with the close in which you leave them with a lasting impression.
As always, a well-organized essay has a beginning, middle, and an end. The beginning, or introduction, should include an opening sentence to grab your reader’s attention. Follow the opening sentence with a brief background on the organization or cause. The last sentence of the introduction is the thesis statement. The thesis statement would likely be the ways in which your reader can “give.”
A well-supported essay includes supporting points, details, and examples. For this essay, you must decide the best way to organize the body of the paper. Each body paragraph must have a topic sentence that states the main point of the paragraph. Perhaps each paragraph could explain in detail the specific ways to give.
This essay must include no less than FOUR SOURCES (the organization’s website may be one).
This essay must include no less than EIGHT citations and should be a combination of direct quotations and paraphrased quotations with or without the author’s name.
Please note that copying information word-for-word from a website is plagiarism. It is important that you use the information and cite accordingly. Plagiarism is a serious offense and grounds for failure. Please ask any questions before submitting questionable work.
The conclusion typically summarizes the main points of the essay and/or closes with a lasting impression. This might be a great place to explain to your reader the value of giving as well as provide contact information to get involved.
The essay must also include a Reference List that includes the website used (as well as others, if applicable)
Papers must be double-spaced in Times or Times New Roman font (12 cpi) with standard one-inch margins.
While the first person “I” is not typically used in a formal essay, it may be used if you have a personal connection to the organization as credibility can be an effective tool in persuasion.
Write a persuasive essay (no less than SIX pages in length) that encourages the reader to “give.”
Demonstrate the ability to make and support a Persuasive claim in a well-supported, organized, and cohesive essay.
Demonstrate an understanding of audience appeals and the ability to use appeals effectively in persuading the reader
Select one of the AACN BSN Essentials and elaborate on its meaning and importance in your own future professional nursing practice. In your post intended to clearly and thoroughly address the topic of this TD, be sure to:
Identify the AACN BSN Essential that you have selected by name and number.
Clearly and thoroughly explain why you selected this Essential.
Clearly and thoroughly explain how this Essential will be used in your future professional nursing careerClass, There have been many nursing pioneers that have set the foreground for the nursing profession as we know it today. The objectives of these pioneers were to make a difference, in the care of patients, improving educational standards, developing clinics or organizations, or being an activist to make change. Their many contributions made a profound impact in nursing history and in developing the future of nursing. When considering our predecessors, many contributions in nursing relate to mentoring or precepting future nurses. A preceptor has the unique position to influence the way in which a nurse forms their basic framework for practice and professional development (Barker, 2010). A preceptor could be viewed as an arborist; if the root system of large red wood tree is weak and not well established the tree will eventually die. As preceptor or mentor, you influence the nurse’s basic foundation for practice, developing organization, refining and defining clinical skills, augmenting strategies for efficiency all to provide competent care and promote the future of the profession. As Hood stated, “In the future, more than ever, nurses will need a broad-based education, assertiveness skills, technical competence, and the ability to deal with rapid change” (Hood, 2014). To have a well-established foundation formed in an educational atmosphere will promote other nurses to continue the task of precepting or mentoring future nurses; making their own impact in history.
