The case demonstrates how Coca-Cola’s brand identity is continually modified to be dynamic and consistently relevant to the culture. The results report: “the brand became more relevant to a new generation, reconnected with people who grew up with it, and ultimately grew sales.” Review the Coca-Cola case from your own perspective after reading the Brand Basics chapter of our textbook.
