For this assignment, imagine you are an expatriate manager for a subsidiary of a major company headquartered in the United States. You are preparing a PowerPoint presentation to brief the CEO on your plan to address the safety issues specific to the country (of your choice) where you are working as the expatriate manager.

In your introduction, discuss four concerns in the workplace: benefits, safety, health, and global security issues. List one issue for each concern listed.

Next, prepare a solution for each of the four concerns. Discuss how your solutions address the issues within the workplace. Discuss what would be the responsibility of the global leadership team.

Conclude your presentation with a summary of how you noted the needs of your global audience, how you will design and deliver the training for employees keeping in mind Geert Hofstede’s research about cultural differences, and your plans to assess its success.

Be sure to include clear and specific speaker notes for each slide. You must include a minimum of one image or graphic within your presentation. You must use at least two sources, with one being the textbook.

You will follow the provided outline.   The final paper will incorporate changes to your revised Preliminary Research Proposal, including instructor recommendations and input from students.  Further, the final topics from the outline will be covered.  The paper should be academic and formal in tone and content, and should utilize appropriate APA guidelines for style, pagination, references, and citations.   You will submit the Research Proposal to the instructor for review and grade.  You will also submit the Research Proposal for class members to review.  The class will evaluate the proposal according to selected criteria.  The class members will rate the research proposal on each of the criteria.

You will revise and add to your Preliminary Research Proposal for this Final Paper.   Revise and correct Parts I, III, IV and V according to recommendations from your instructor and peers.    From the outline provided add parts II, VI, and VII The Research Proposal will be a paper of moderate length (10-15 pages) dealing with your selected research topic or evaluation plan.  The paper should reflect recent best practices and include clear, specific references to current literature.  At least 10  sources should be utilized.  You will follow the provided outline.    Based on the feedback and recommendations from your instructor as well as peer review comments, you will add the remaining subtopics from the outline to complete your Final Research Proposal.  The paper must follow the APA format and include at least 10 references.
