My idea for the Executive Summary assignment has to do with the nurse to patient ratios. I work in a Level 1 Trauma hospital and I believe that the workload can get a bit too much at times. I work at nights and I still get burned out. I believe the day shift nurses barely get any charting or work done at times since they are so busy during the day. During the nights we must do most of the things that did not get done during the day on addition to our tasks. I feel that the care that I provide to my patients is affected by my large workload. Our hospital also gives our nursing assistants a large patient to nurse ratio too so at times we do not have help from them either because they may be busy. My suggestion would include more help on the floor for the nurses if cutting the patient to nurse ratio is impossible. I believe by employing about two Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) on the floor during every shift, it can be very helpful in the patient’s care.

This week we are looking at an overview of women in Theatre and Cinema, women playwrights and the work that they and other female writers are now doing as we see ourselves in an age where the relationship between men and women and how society views them have never been closer. However, there is still a gap that remains with the role and influence of women in politics, religion, business and entertainment. The American view of the “Ideal Woman” has changed in the last 100 years and even more drastically in the last 40 years since the 1970’s when the voices of women and the issues that directly affected them began to get heard in stronger way. Remember that is it still less then 100 years since women have had the right to vote in America. The Cordis Building Works Company modifies and builds portable offices and homes based on customized plans using everything from shipping containers, to modular homes. Understanding Interactions in Complex Social Systems

There has been a lot of psychological research on the cause of aggressive behavior and much discussion on how to reduce aggressive behavior. The social learning theory of aggression (Bandura, 1973) can be extended to understand the link between exposure to media with violent content and aggressive behavior. Thousands of studies have established a clear link between watching aggressive models and engaging in aggressive behavior (Anderson, Carnagey, & Eubanks, 2003). Most of these studies were focused on children and violent television content. However, recent research has looked at the effects of video games and violent content in music as it relates to aggressive behavior.
