WK2 HR Post Reply 1

Hello, please see the below:

  • Respond to each classmate’s discussion posting and write as if you were reviewing his or her posting in an academic journal. The response should therefore answer the questions as applicable:
    • Was your classmate’s reasoning articulate and logical? Were the facts correct?
    • Was the interpretation your classmate provided reasonable and consistent with experts in the field? Did your classmate defend the choices effectively?

The focus for your critical analysis is not whether you agree with your classmate, and is not to be a recap of all that was shared by your classmate, but is to academically critique how well his or her position was presented with points and counterpoints.

The response(s) should be 100 words in length and include the following article source properly cited and referenced in the write up: https://www.shrm.org/resourcesandtools/hr-topics/o…

Research Paper about China

My topic is “Migration from rural to urban areas in China and the impact and problem of aging population in China”. (must identify what the problems and impacts are)

(Write a paragraph after introduction to let readers know that not China has this kind of situations.)

The student should read widely and in depth on a topic. The paper is to analyze or evaluate a problem, issue, or question, set it into a context of existing literature on the subject, and provide evidence to support the points made. (It is not to be a descriptive summary of a subject or a book, a book review or critique, or a translation without analysis.) It may be based either on primary or secondary sources. Quotations, evidence, and other people’s ideas are to be acknowledged in footnotes or endnotes. Excessive reliance on encyclopedias, popular accounts, textbooks or web sites—except for specific purposes approved by the instructor supervising the paper—should be avoided.

The paper should be a minimum of 12 pages in length (double-spaced, 12 pt. type, margins no greater than 1″), using citations and submitted with a bibliography (which does not count toward the 12-page total). This paper should be professional.

fundamental ethics

1. According to Jamieson, there are several features of climate change that render the issues involved alien to our usual notions of commonsense morality. Discuss any two of them, explaining why they present such “hard’ issues. (100 wds.)

2. In thinking of ways to bring the harms of climate change within notions of commonsense morality, Jamieson discusses three possible methods of doing so. Ultimately he decides that only one of these even has any possibility of working. For that one possibility, he gives two theoretical strategies for accomplishing it, before concluding they might not work either. Briefly explain his reasoning regarding all this. (125 wds.)

3. Using both Jamieson and the article by Gardiner, explain which aspect of climate change both think is the hardest issue, and the prospects for using ethics to solve, or at least address, the issue. (100 wds.)

4. Jamieson notes several different ways of respecting nature. Explain each, and why he thinks we do (or should) respect nature in the first place. (100 wds.)

5. Jamieson notes a few reasons why the harms to nation-states associated with climate change don’t look like traditional injustice between states. He considers one of these to be the most serious. Describe all the reasons, but spend most of the word count to explain the most serious one. (100 wds.)

Identify an issue of concern within your organization and define the problem through the lens of a patient.

Many of the current issues faced health care providers are based on the acquisition and evaluation of “big data.” Yet many providers struggle with the concerns of acquiring quality data, effective security in both the areas of fiscal/operations decision-making and tracking clinic problems. For this assignment you must first define the term “analytics” as it relates to healthcare performance. Then you will identify an issue of concern within your organization (or another organization of your choice). After you have identified the issue of interest, you will define the problem through the lens of a patient.

The paper

  • Must be three to four double-spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site..
  • Must use at least three scholarly sources in addition to the course text.
  • Must document all sources in APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
  • Must include a separate references page that is formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.

Design the Training Session

Now it’s time to design the actual training session that you plan on implementing. This is one of the biggest steps in your project. As you work on this step, take advantage of the practical guidelines offered in Chapters 5 and 6 of your textbook. Of special note in Chapter 5: See Figure 5-1 for a “Training and HRD Process Model.” See discussions on “Defining Objectives,” “Preparing a Lesson Plan,” “Training Methods and Media,” and “Preparing Training Materials.” Chapter 6: Skim this chapter for ideas on methods as you prepare your Lesson Plan.

Remember! Focus your training session on the simple training task you chose earlier. Now you know why we suggested a simple task for this exercise, such as answering the phone or using a stapler – there is plenty to prepare for even that simple task!

Be sure to include the following in your design for the training session:

  1. Your list of objectives. (Based on your task analysis data)
  2. How long will the training require?
  3. What type(s) of training materials and media are you planning on using? And why?
  4. Lesson Plan. This is your step-by-step training agenda on how you will implement the program. This includes an outline of exactly how you will present the materials, what information, what skills the employees will sharpen, what they will practice, and the steps you will take to ensure the learners gain knowledge, skills, and abilities in this area.

replay to talk

I want you to replay to this talk. your opinion about it. About the text not the video.

Billie Holidays song “Strange Fruit” is a very powerful song. This song affected me in a few ways. It made me realize the extent of racism and what people thought of everyone during this time period. I do think music can make any real difference in how people treat each other. Music allows people to see the emotions portrayed by the artist and how the song affects them. It also shows how different issues affect the artist. Seeing how the artist feels shows the affects of mistreating people and can cause people to change. People changing can lead to a change in the way they treat each other which is ultimately caused by music.

Analysis and write a argumentative thesis for “Mid-Term Break” by Seamus Heaney

Write argumentative thesis and write a analysis.

Use the poem “Mid-Term Break” by Seamus Heaney.

Using close reading techniques, develop an argumentative thesis for your analysis. Write a two-three-page paper that supports your thesis. At the end of the essay, provide a Writing Process Summation by answering the following questions:

  • Why did you choose this poem?
  • How did you arrive at your understanding and assertion about the poem?
  • What were the points you made in this essay?
  • How did you revise this?
  • What do you want your reader to see from your essay?

Some of you are having difficulty understanding how to analyze rather than just summarize a piece of literature. You understand that literary criticism means paying close attention to all the details, but still are not sure what to do with those details to analyze the poem. The following may give you some guidance so that you can start out well.

As you look at the poems, you need to focus on a specific topic and take a stance. One way of doing this is to answer a question by looking very closely at the poem from the perspective of the question.

“Mid-Term Break” by Seamus Heaney

  • How does the order of the details affect the reader?
  • Why is the speaker so matter-of-fact in tone?
  • How do the images in the poem such as “bells knelling” and “snow drops and candles soothed the bedside” and “four foot box” affect our understanding of the poem?
  • How does grief affect the speaker of the poem?

This paper must have a Works Cited page, separate from the body of the essay (insert a page break to make sure it is always on another page).

Works Cited

At the end of your essay, insert a page break to ensure that your Work Cited page will be on a separate page. I have cited one of the poems below. After that I have given you the pattern for the citation. You must use examples from the poem and you must cite the poem for this assignment.
