(I. Introduction: This is where readers will have a chance to get an idea of what your essay will be about and what you will prove throughout. Do not give all of your
information away here, but give readers a sample of what is to come. Do not forget to review your writing plan to make sure you are hitting all of the
points that you planned out, while also stating your argument.
A. Provides an overview of the issue you have selected, briefly describing main points and your argument.
B. Compose an engaging thesis that states the argument that you will prove and support throughout your essay. This statement will give direction
to your essay and should be well thought out.

II. Body: The body is your opportunity to describe and support your argument in depth. Make sure your thoughts and evidence are clear and organized in a way
that is easy for readers to follow and understand.
A. Be sure that you write multiple paragraphs that are focused, clearly state their intent, and move logically from one to the other, building the
thesis argument as the essay progresses.
B. Your body paragraphs should support your argument by combining thoughts and ideas with evidence from sources. There is no such thing as a
right or wrong argument; the key is how it is supported and the quality of the evidence used.
C. Address and refute any opposing viewpoints to your argument. This is your chance to discredit any opposing views, thus strengthening your
own.

III. Conclusion: Think of the conclusion as a review of your argument. Use this section to restate your argument and remind readers of your supporting evidence. Think
of this as your last chance to persuade readers to agree with you.
A. Review your argument. This section should consist of a review of your main points employed to support your argument. Think of this as your last
chance to prove your point or your closing arguments.
B. Your conclusion should articulate insights about your argument established through your essay. This should follow logically from your essay,
referring to key points or quotes used to support your argument.)

These early childhood professionals have created a variety of enriching learning environments and strategies.

• Discuss strategies and environmental arrangements in the videos that were child-centered versus teacher-directed. 
• What theories best align with these strategies and environmental arrangements and why? Please give specific examples in your answer. 

Choose one learning strategy from one of the videos and discuss how the you could extend the cognitive and language learning of children. Discuss specifically the learning environment, learning materials and learning strategies in your response to maximize language, cognition and literacy. Please be sure to address developmentally appropriate activities in your response.

Your annotated bibliography should include a full, APA-style citation followed by a brief annotation of at least six (6) peer-reviewed resources.

Requirements of the Paper

• Your paper should be at least 4000 words long (this can range anywhere between 12-15 pages or more).
• The paper should have at least 10 cited resources within the paper. At least six (6) of these resources must be peer-reviewed library resources.
• Your paper must combine information from two different disciplines – preferably disciplines you’ve taken at least one class in during your college career.
• Your paper must be in APA format, using the 6th edition of the APA Publication Style Guide.
• All information drawn from external sources must be cited properly, both within the text of your essay and in a references page

 

 

1. Write a comparative analysis of the articles noting the similarities and differences.

2. Compare the information in those articles to the materials in Chapter 14 of your textbook. Does the premise of those articles support the overall theme of the materials in Chapter 14 of your textbook? Why or why not?

3. Discuss what you learned from those articles. In your discussion, give example(s) of your organization handles ethic concerns as they relate to information management.

Article 1 explaining about privacy and security for the organization. Technology tools are not only sufficient for the organization; end-user security must put in place for information security for the end user. They provide information security model to pressures and effects of penalties for employee’s actions compliance with information security policies.

Article 2 explaining about responsible conduct. It is telling about TPB and PMT. They were using PLS technique (Partial Least Squares) conducting the survey of managers and professionals with the results of behaviors, mobile apps, irresponsible conduct, and social networking behaviors that compliance to the intentions of the employees.

Article 3 is explaining about technology addictions and the emerging trend of focus management. It is revealing about the qualitative research for ethical challenges with interferes with the ability to focus and be productive that will cost around a hundred billions of dollars.

Article 4 is explaining about behavior and policy issues, for example, I had an accounting department, and one of the employees shared all the paystubs to the construction worker. She supposed to send only his paystub with password protected document, but she sent all other employees paystubs to him without password protecting the file that includes all credentials information. It was the policy issue that we supposed to have one more layer to check the email before it will forward, and she has to ensure for her responsibility as a check before sending the documents.

Medicare

As Chapter 11 in your textbook notes, the costs for health care have risen dramatically and are expected to continue to rise. While Medicare is a public insurance program that provides coverage to almost everyone who is 65 and older, it only covers a portion of health care expenses. In fact, the authors of your textbook note that “if current trends continue, by 2030 half of those aged 65 and older will spend more than 25% of their income on medical bills and insurance premiums” (Markson & Stein, 2012).

After reading Chapter 11 in your textbook and watching “Aging America and Healthcare Reform,” please address each of the following:

1. Compare and contrast the services provided to older individuals under Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B.
2. Compare and contrast the health care services provided under Medicare versus Medicaid. Be sure to address how each program is funded, what they cover, who qualifies for them, and what role each plays in paying for health care of the elderly population.
3. Discuss the current funding for Medicare and why there is debate regarding the program.
4. What changes (if any) do you think that there will be in the Medicare program over the next 20 years?
5. Do you believe that the eligibility requirements should be changed in order to receive the health services provided by Medicare? Why or why not?
