Select someone in a leadership position at your organization or at a local company where you might seek employment. This individual could be a director, manager, supervisor, or CEO of the organization.

Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word profile of the individual that you interviewed for your company’s newsletter, and include the following:

• Identify the individual and their position within the company, and briefly describe the organization.
• Interpret the individual’s leadership style based on the Five-Factor personality model, and offer one or more examples of the management and leadership roles of this individual.
• Explain one incident where this individual had to solve a difficult problem or situation because things did not go as planned.
• Describe the lessons that she/he learned from being able to problem solve, even when what she/he had been taught did not work.

Format your profile in the form of a newsletter (the final format may vary depending upon the company’s style; please feel free to use either the provided template or to check the Internet or Microsoft^® Word for additional newsletter templates).

To explore the concept of complexity, think a little more about the topic you have chosen for your historical analysis essay. Your essay, of course, is relatively brief, so your thesis statement is probably fairly narrow. That is as it should be.

But just for the purposes of this discussion, imagine that you are not writing a brief research paper—instead, you are writing a full-length book. What would you do to produce a fuller, more complex discussion of this event? What different historical lenses might you apply? What causes or consequences of this event would you examine in greater depth? Does your event raise morally complex questions?

Don’t worry—you do not really have to write a book. Just take two or three paragraphs to explain how you might develop a more complex picture of your historical event, if you had the time and the space to do just that.

Only need about 100 words for each of the following questions.

1. 
Debussy, Nocturnes, from Nuages. How does Debussy’s treatment of harmony
differ from linear progressions of tension and resolution characteristic of
most nineteenth-century music? Include at least two specific references to the
score (with measure numbers!) to illustrate your point.

2. Stravinsky,
excerpts from The Rite of Spring: “Dance
of the Adolescent Girls” and “Sacrificial Dance”. With
Rite of Spring Stravinsky created a work that is sui generis, a
genre unto itself. What musical features make this piece unlike any other work we have heard so far in this course? What
features does this piece share with Debussy’s Nuages (NAWM 156)? What features make this a good example of fauvisme (or
primitivism)? Lastly, why do you think
the first performance caused a riot?

3. Schoenberg’s
Nacht, Berg’s Wozzeck, and Webern’s
Symphony, Op. 21. Of the three musical revolutions we are looking
at (Impressionism, Primitivism, and Expressionism), only Expressionism is truly
atonal. How do you respond
to atonality, to the lack of a tonal center? Is there anything you can find to
enjoy in this music, or does it turn you off completely? Why would these composers
choose to write music like this?

Read the “Efficacy of Executive Coaching in Times of Organisational Change” article, and in 1,000-1,250 words, do the following:

1. Provide a brief summary of the article’s main points.
2. Compare quantitative and qualitative measures listed in the article.
3. Explain how the article related to coaching and organizational culture.
4. Write five reflective questions a coach could ask the executive to help identify strengths, weaknesses, and untapped potential within an organization or company.
5. Explain why you chose the questions you did.

Use three to five scholarly resources to support your explanations.

Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
