fix and edit research design

Below you will find 3 documents.

1st document will be on the professor’s general notes regarding the first half of the research design, directed to all the class.

2nd document will be on the professor’s notes directed to me specifically with feedback regarding my first half of the research design. (everything in blue are the professor’s comments)

3rd document will be the full and final research design without the professor’s comments.

What I would like you to do is read all of the professor’s comments and feedback, the general and specific ones, and apply and fix it into the full and final research design paper.

Even though the notes are specified to the first half of the paper, I would like you to fix anything else from the second half and adjust the Research Design accordingly.

Sampling Components

In previous weeks of the course, you explored the importance of conceptualizing and defining variables. Those tasks set the guidelines for research and have many important consequences for the results. In sampling methods research as well, guidelines must be set. Researchers must conceptualize and define important components of probability sampling.

For this Application Assignment, you define and explain the role of all of those terms within the context of probability sampling. You also explain potential advantages of probability sampling over nonprobability sampling.

The assignment (2–3 pages): Explain the definition and role of each of the following components of probability sampling: element, population, study population, random selection, sampling unit, statistic, and parameter. Finally, explain advantages of probability sampling over nonprobability sampling.

HHS 201 Assignment 1

The kind of relationships that society expects from its citizens and the way it organizes its important institutions – the family, the system of governance and control – can either nurture or stunt people’s impulses to give help to relatives, friends, and needy strangers” (Mandell and Schram, 2012, p. 28).

After watching the  Meaning of Human Services video, and reflecting on the quote above, use the outline below to describe the history of human services in western society.  The video is also available on youtube if unable to click on link,

Reference the Discussion Forum Grading Rubric for guidance on how your discussion will be evaluated.

Week   Two Discussion 1

This week you will have two discussions.  Your Instructor will be choosing the discussions questions and posting them as the first posts in the discussion forums. The requirements for the discussion this week are a minimum of four posts on four separate days. The total combined word count for all of your posts, counted together, should be over 600 words. Be sure to answer all the questions in the prompt and to read any resources that are required to complete the discussion properly. In order to satisfy the posting requirements for the week, please complete your initial post by Day 3 (Thursday) and your other posts by Day 7 (Monday).  We recommend that you get into the discussion early and spread out your posts over the course of the week.  Be sure to reply to your classmates and instructor.  Try to attempt to take the conversation further by examining their claims or arguments in more depth or responding to the posts that they make to you.  Keep the discussion on target and try to analyze things in as much detail as you can.

breaking down movements

For this individual project you will choose a movement to analyze and then

write a report or develop a power point presentation dissecting and demonstrating live the movement

For the movement, you will break it down into the different phases to analyze. For example,

during a golf swing you could break it down into 4 phases: gripping the club, the back swing, the

down swing, and the follow through. Once you have identified the different phases of the

movement, you will discuss what is happening to the body’s joints (shoulder flexion, elbow

extension, trunk rotation, hip flexion, knee flexion, wrist and finger flexion, etc) during each

phase and identify which muscles are the agonists to allow those motions to occur and if they are

concentric or eccentric. This is to be done for each phase of the movement!

Be creative and provide a couple pictures of the movement in your report to visually aid the

Reader. Be sure to discuss any movement pathologies noted in the analysis. Lastly, indicate how these pathologies may be corrected. Turn in both the template and paper/powerpoint.

5-7 pages or 18-20 slides.

Please be professional in conducting your first one-on-one Nutritional assessment.Follow the instructions that begin on pg 135 in Nutritional Counseling text titles “Assignment-Nutritional Assessment” and prepare according the the instructions. You will need to find a volunteer for this practice assessment. If you do not have someone in your household who is willing to be a participant, you may schedule a FaceTime, Zoom, or other audio/visual two-way communications platform interview (this cannot be done via text, email or social media without audio and visual capabilities).
