Write a research paper in which you define four organizational designs, compare them, and describe how you would use one of them to create an organizational structure that would lead to high performance.

  • Organizational design is at the heart of the strategy-structure-fit relationship. The organization’s broad strategy and goals must first be determined before designing the organization. Then the organization design team (usually senior management or the founder) must determine how best to structure the organization in a way that supports the overall strategy. Modern organizations can take on many different types of design. The days of the traditional functional organization are rapidly giving way to project-based matrix, networked, and even virtual designs.SHOW LESSBy successfully completing this assessment, you will demonstrate your proficiency in the following course competencies and assessment criteria:

Assessment Mini Project The Woodworth Psychoneurotic Inventory (WPI), psychology homework help

The Woodworth Psychoneurotic Inventory (WPI) was developed during
World War I to screen recruits for their risk of developing shell shock
(PTSD). However, because it was not finished in time to be useful for
its intended purpose, the WPI instead became the dominant self-report
personality measure during the 1920-30s, after which it was mostly
forgotten.

Topics for your Essay, Choose A or B

Essay Length tips–To answer these topics completely, it takes about 2 pages—8-10 paragraphs. Use the topic questions and the scoring rubric to see if your draft responds fully to all parts of the question. A complete thoughtful answer is more important than word count.

Topic A

What is Martin Gardner’s argument for the objectivist view of art? Do you agree? Why or why not?

Use Vaughn’s textbook to help you explain Gardner’s theory and its strengths and weaknesses. Choose an object, performance, or piece of writing as an example, and explain whether Gardner’s theory would classify the object as Art. Do you agree with objectivism about Art or do you find another theory more convincing? Defend your point of view.

Topic B

Explain Locke’s view of human nature. Use details from the textbook to support your description. Explain Hobbes’s view of human nature, again using details from the textbook to support your description. How do Locke’s view of human nature and Hobbes’ view differ? Which do you think is more accurate? Explain, and defend your answer.

reply to discussion below-wk7cmis,stacey

On my personal computer I currently have google chrome.

It was easy to download and they are very sufficient. To be honest I don’t think I would make any changes to it, I think it was pretty easy to navigate around , there weren’t any glitches in the system ( thus far) .

My work actually uses google chrome and loves it. Millions of people in the company have surveyed how great of a web browser it is. It’s so easy to say oh I don’t know the answer let me ask google, and there you go most likely you have the correct information although I wouldn’t trust everything you read on the internet, google always has good sources. So I have nothing but positive feedback on google chrome.
